RoyalPay is an official digital platform for processing tax payments to the Kaduna State Internal Revenue Service (KADIRS). The platform facilitates secure payment processing, receipt generation, and transaction verification.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information you provide, including your Taxpayer Identification Number, payment amounts, and personal details. You must not use this platform for any unlawful purpose.

4. Payments and Receipts

All payments are processed through Paystack and are subject to Paystack's terms of service. Official receipts are generated only upon successful payment confirmation. Once a payment is confirmed, it is final and non-refundable through this platform.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All sessions are encrypted and logged for regulatory compliance. Unauthorized access attempts are monitored and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

RoyalPay provides this platform on an "as is" basis. While we strive for continuous availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. For payment disputes, contact our support team.

7. Modifications

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
